Hubbs: In that picture above... I was playing smart and wise. In the 1000 meters (10 laps), I don't like to lead because the whole pack would put all the pressures on me that I could become worn out quick. I've decided to stay in the 2nd or 3rd position to keep my pace stable. And I don't like to be last because I would have to work harder to make 2nd place by the last lap. If I was in 3rd, 4th, or 5th... I would have to deal with all passing, wrestling, troubles, and possible get foul. Most of the time, the foul occurs in that area. 1000 meters is my favorite event because I have enough room to make mistakes and to play with. I am more stronger in endurance than sprints. In the last 2 laps out of 8 laps, I would go all out no matter how I feel.

Hubbs: In that picture above, The 1st and 2nd were wrestling to win gold medal. They both fell, I was competing with Clint Collier and I tried to win 3rd by "hawking," so, after hawking, I had no time to get up and avoid hitting Mike Siembida. I fell with them. IT WAS A CRAZY AND HELL OF A RACE!!!

Hubbs: In that picture above, It was an interesting experience. I am still learning and fixing my strategies. I realize I could have won the 1st place because I knew I should have went all out but I wasn't paying any attention to the computer where it mentions of how many laps I've got left but it was my "1st" time at the National Championship since over 10 years. I went once back in 1999 and I had to refresh my strategies. I was like "is this the final lap?" OH NO! I RUSHED AND HAWKING, ENDED UP 4TH, ALMOST 3RD!! The next National Indoor Racing Association is DEFINITELY going to be a lot better and I am a lot more confidence in that.
