Run for Dreams

I am James Yevich, a deaf runner, can often be seen running on the streets of Stratford, Connecticut in training for marathons. I will become 40 in July. When I decided I would run 40 miles for a day, I knew I wanted it to be for a good cause. I chose to use the opportunity to raise money for four causes.

Four causes:

-my friend, James Bumbala is fighting liver cancer since 2005.

-my friend, Dana Mallory is fighting lymphoma cancer since 2008.

-National Fallen Firefighters Foundation: support families of our fallen heroes

-Deaflympics 2013 in Greece

On Sunday July 18th, I will start to run in Fairfield, Connecticut where I grew up. I will make my way through Easton, Trumbull, and Bridgeport to Stratford where I live. I will arrive at my home in Cutspring Rd between 11 am to noon.

Donations & Comments for my support will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you
