Texas continued their shooting woes that costed them a trip to the title game last night as Indiana went up 5-0. However, Texas tied it at 10, thanks to their full-court press that caused multiple mistakes made by Indiana. It was all Indiana for few minutes then Texas went on a 16-4 run to lead it 28-20 at one point in the third quarter. Once indiana finally tied it after a run, it was the game of ties. It ended up going into overtime, thanks to Giuletta Maucere's game-tying buzzer beater jump shot, making it to be 36-36.  It was all physical and very evenly matched. Indiana eks out with a 44-40 victory to win third place. Giuletta Maucere contributed 16 points, 6 boards and 5 blocks for Indiana including four clutch points in fourth quarter and overtime. Britta Schwall added 14 points and 4 steals for Indiana. Kylene Etkie led Texas with 10 points, 5 assists and 8 rebounds. Gunita Schmidjorg recorded 12 points for Texas.
