Deaf Reach was established to offer a place to go for many deaf people whom were institutionalized at Saint Elizabeth's. Our aim, since 1972, has been to ensure all of the people we serve, have meaningful lives, empowering them to define what meaningful means to them.

Mental health awareness is very important especially to our linguistic minority community that often has limited access to these services.
