OSD drops Homecoming contest to Minnesota State School

oklahomaSULPHUR — While the weather might have been picture perfect for Homecoming Saturday at the Oklahoma School for the Deaf football home opener, the result was anything but.

The Indian squad, primarily consisting of underclassman, fought hard in the contest, but the Minnesota State School for the Deaf Trojans proved to be too much, beating OSD 40-12.

OSD head football coach Lawson Pair said injuries and lack of experience contributed to the loss.
