Top performers for 2011 prep Track & Field

The USA Deaf Track & Field (USADTF) announced the Top-50 prep boys and girls track and field performance for the 2011 season. Boys' team from the Illinois School for the Deaf and the girls' team from the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf were named the team of the year in track & field by USADTF.

Recent graduates, Trey Gordon of Alabama School for the Deaf and Kegan Mercer of Illinois School for the Deaf were recognized as players of the year for boys' teams. For the girls' teams, Juniors Mariah Jackson of South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind and Crystal Marion of St. Mary's School for the Deaf were recognized as players of the year for girls' teams.
